What is Mystic?

Mystic is many things. First and foremost, it is a communications tool that allows travel agents to capture itineraries and/or invoices from their GDS or from many internet booking websites and send them to their clients in a custom email format, with the agency's letterhead.Through reading this manual the agent will learn how to use the many features of Mystic to their full potential.

How to Use This Manual

The purpose of this document is to provide comprehensive help to the user. Throughout the Help pages that follow you'll find useful information such as

To navigate through the help manual, simply click the appropriate menu items at the left of each page, or the various in-text links throught the manual.
