The 'Contacts' button will bring up the screen shown below, where you can add, modify, or delete contacts from iMagic's address book. The screen is straight-forward, as you can see.
To add a contact, simply click 'Add a new record' and fill in the fields. Click 'Save' when you are finished and the new contact will be in your list, alphabetically by last name.
To modify a contact in the address book, make sure the contact you want to modify is highlighted in the list and click 'Modify this record'. Change what needs to be changed and click 'Save'.
To delete a contact from the address book, make sure the contact you want to delete is highlighted in the list and click 'Delete this record'. The deletion cannot be undone, so you must be sure you want to delete that contact from the address book.
The 'Contacts' database will load with the list on the right sorted alphabetically by last name. You can sort the list by company name simply by putting a checkmark in the 'List Companies' option.
Double-clicking a name from the list on the right will open up a new 'iMagic Message' screen with that contact's primary e-mail address and fax number as the recipient.
1) Send Plain Text Emails
When creating or modifying a contact, you can select this option if you know that the recipient cannot (or does not want to) receive HTML e-mails (that is to say e-mails with the selected template). With this option selected, any e-mail message that you send to this contact will be sent as a plain text message. This option is also available as a 'per-use' option on the 'iMagic Message' screen.
