A: No, not every day. What is probably happening in your case is that iMagic is reverting to an older backed-up copy of itself every time you open the program up. Try this: Before opening the program, go to the C:\Magna_y\iMagic\backup folder on your computer and delete the file called 'imgses.exe'. Try opening the program now. Q: When installing iMagic, I made a mistake and chose the wrong CRS type (or, I've switched Reservation systems). How can I change my choice of CRS in iMagic?

Q: I'm continuously getting a pop-up message telling me that an email I'm trying to send is not going out and that it will try again later. How can I delete the offending message?
A: To delete the message that is having trouble being sent, simply bring the Mail Sender up onto your screen (by double-clicking the mailbox icon in your system tray at the lower right of your screen, next to the clock) and click on the 'Pending' button. This will open up a screen with the list of all pending emails. Highlight the message you'd like to delete and click the 'Delete' button. Then, close the 'Manage pending Emails' screen and 'Hide' the Mail Sender. You should be back to normal now.
Q: How do I access the advanced options from the compact version of iMagic?
A: Just click on the word 'magic' of the toolbar and the advanced option buttons will appear.
Q: How do I get the iMagic bullet to float above my screen?
A: Click the 'Options' button, and select 'Settings'. Under the 'General' tab, make sure there is a check mark in the 'Float above my screen' option box and click 'Ok'. Now the iMagic bullet will float above any windows that are open on your computer, allowing you to use it while still viewing your reservation screen.
Q: How do I create a signature/prepend that will appear on all my e-mails?
A: Click the 'Options' button, and select 'Signature & Prepend'. A screen will open up with a list of your available prepends and signatures. You can create new ones or edit existing ones from this screen. A fully detailed explanation of this feature is available on the Options page.
Q: How can I get iMagic to remove consecutive blank lines from my itineraries or invoices to be sent?
A: On the 'Settings' screen, under the 'Preferences' tab, make sure there is a check mark in the 'Remove n (or more) consecutive blank lines' option box and put the number of consecutive blank lines at which you want iMagic to start removing them in the second box on that line.
Q: How can I change the agency information (address, contact info, etc.) that appears above my emails?
A: On the 'Settings' screen, under the 'Agency' tab, there are three boxes that you can put this information in: 'Agency Name', 'Agency Address', and 'Agency Contact Information'. This third box is where you can put an e-mail address, phone and fax numbers, etc. Once you've completed this, just click 'Ok' and these settings will be saved and will appear on the subsequent e-mail messages you create.
NOTE: This information will NOT appear on ANY faxes, it's just for e-mails.
Q: I want to send an e-mail, but I don't want to have to put an invoice or itinerary in it. How can I open a blank message?
A: Click on the stylized 'I' (in compact mode) or the 'New' button (in advanced mode), then click 'New Message'.
NOTE: Remember, in a 'blank' message, what you write directly on the screen will be transmitted by e-mail only. When faxing a 'non-itinerary' message, you should click on the 'Edit Itin' button of the iMagic Message screen and type in your message there.
