CT PARTNERS EMPOWERS SMALLER AGENCIES WITH MAGNATECH®
Sydney, Australia and Montreal, Canada — 15 April 2026 —
CT Partners, Australia’s leading independent travel buying network, is delighted to announce a new umbrella agreement with Magnatech® Travel Management Solutions to extend access to OnTrackplus® across its member base. This agreement particularly benefits CT Partners’ smaller corporate agencies, who can now access industry-leading technology under a tailored bulk‑billing arrangement.
Several CT Partners’ agencies already benefit from OnTrackplus, a proven solution for tracking unused airline ticket credits: automating credit calculations, streamlining workflows, and reducing ADM-related costs. The solution provides valuable transparency on ticket status including automated reporting on unused, expired, exchanged and refunded tickets.
Through this new arrangement, smaller agencies that previously could not access OnTrackplus at scale can now join the platform under CT Partners’ volume‑based pricing and simplified billing structure.
OnTrackplus offers several key benefits to CT Partners agencies:
- Time Efficiency: The tool saves account managers and consultants significant time each month by automating the tracking of unused tickets.
- Error Elimination: OnTrackplus eliminates errors associated with manual credit tracking and calculations, ensuring accuracy thereby reducing the risk of ADM-related costs linked to ticket exchange errors.
- Transparency: The tool provides greater visibility over open, exchanged, refunded, and expired tickets, allowing agencies to further improve client servicing.
Paul Gioia, CEO of Magnatech, remarked:
“We’re thrilled to extend OnTrackplus to select CT Partners members through this new umbrella agreement. Many of their agencies already trust our technology; this arrangement allows a group of high-performing, smaller corporate agencies to benefit from volume-based pricing and a streamlined billing framework. Our goal is to make powerful tools more accessible, reduce manual processes, and most importantly, ensure that no money is left on the table for their corporate clients.”
Matt Masson, Chief Executive Officer of CT Partners, reflected:
“CT Partners exists to enable independent agencies to thrive. This agreement ensures our smaller members can access the same high‑quality technology. By offering OnTrackplus under a centralised billing model, we’re reaffirming our commitment to fairness, transparency, and empowering members with tools that deliver real results.”
This initiative further reinforces CT Partners’ mission: delivering exceptional buying power, collaborative support, and transparent commercial outcomes for Australia’s independent travel agencies.
