TRIPBAM and Magnatech Announce Hotel Data Strategic Partnership
Magnatech Technology to Support TRIPBAM’s Auto-Rebooking Hotel Shopping Service
DALLAS, TEXAS – March 5, 2018 – TRIPBAM, the hotel rate shopping service innovator, and Magnatech Travel Management Solutions Inc., a leading developer and provider of mid-office automation tools and itinerary software, today announced a strategic partnership between the companies.
The agreement will allow TRIPBAM to harness Magnatech technology for its auto-rebooking service. In addition, the partnership will support TRIPBAM in furthering its mission of providing corporations, hotels, travel agencies, and travellers with a hotel shopping service that helps keep hotel costs low, increases traveler compliance, and improves negotiated hotel programs.
Auto-rebooking takes place when offers approved by the traveller or by the agency in accordance with select parameters are automatically accepted and the traveller is rebooked. The automated rebooking service builds on TRIPBAM’s award-winning shopping processes used to find hotel savings, both on the original property booked, or by including nearby properties or “clusters.”
The strategic partnership between the companies will continue to drive innovation in hotel industry automation and achieve the goals of enhancing the hotel shopping experience and identifying and capturing the best possible rate.
